Chef Darren was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles in sunny Southern California. Besides his SoCal heritage, his family is of Native American and Creole decent. The marriage of all his influences and inspirations has come to be well known in his creations. It can be described as exotic, spontaneous, & hearty!

 

Victorian Catering began back in 2000 when Darren was working as a private chef. As the demand for his expertise and customer base grew, so did his company. Although well known for his grace with sushi, Victorian Catering offers a variety of other menu items and combinations. We do more than sushi!
